Serre Susumaniello

Serre Susumaniello is a Red wine from the winery Cantine due Palme.

The winery is located in Cellino San Marco, in the province of Brindisi (Puglia).

It is made of Susumaniello grapes.

Harvesting is by hand. The alcohol content is 13.5%.

Maturation in oak barriques for 6 months.

The color is ruby red. Has a bouquet of red fruits and graphite. On the palate long finish, balance between ripe fruit and minerality.

It goes well with spare ribs, lamb chops, meat skewers. The serving temperature is 16°C.
