Vinification with 15-days maceration. Refinement of 24 months in concrete containers, 24 months in barrels, 12 months in the bottle.

The color is ruby red with garnet hints. Has a bouquet of ripe cherry. On the palate robust, harmonious.

It goes well with grilled red meat and stewed game. The serving temperature is 16°C.
