Aglianico del Vulture Tecum

Aglianico del Vulture Tecum is a Red wine from the winery Casa Vinicola D'Angelo.

It is made of Aglianico grapes.

The soil is volcanic. The vine training system is guyot. The age of the vines is 80 years. The altitude of the vineyard is 400m. The exposure is east-southeast.

Harvesting is by hand. Vines per hectare are 4,000. The yield per hectare is 5,000 liters. The alcohol content is 13.5%.

Vinification with 15-days maceration. Refinement of 12 months in oak barrels and 6 months in tonneau barrels.

The color is ruby red. Has a bouquet of berries. On the palate dry, robust and harmonious.

It goes well with goat meat, canestrato of Moliterno cheese and Rionero ventresca. The serving temperature is 16°C.
