Saint-Joseph Soliste is a Red wine from the winery Vignobles Chirat.

Maceration of 3 weeks. Refinement in barriques for 13 months.

The color is garnet red with purplish reflections. Has a bouquet of ripe red fruits and spices. On the palate notes of violet and red fruits.

It goes well with game, lamb, roast kid, aged cheeses. The serving temperature is 16°C.
