Confluence is a Red wine from the winery De Boisseyt.

The winery is located in Chavanay, in the province of Loire (Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes).

It is made of Syrah grapes.

Harvesting is by hand. The alcohol content is 14.5%.

Refinement in barriques for 6 months.

Has a bouquet of red fruits, cherry and strawberry. On the palate rich, mellow, balanced acidity.

It goes well with red meats and roasted duck breast. The serving temperature is 14°C.
