Saint-Joseph Rouge

Saint-Joseph Rouge is a Red wine from the winery Domaine Du Chêne.

The winery is located in Chavanay, in the province of Loire (Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes).

It is made of Syrah grapes.

Harvesting is by hand. The yield per hectare is 4,000 liters.

Vinification with 20-days maceration and regular pumping over. Maturation in oak barriques for 12 months.

The color is ruby red. Has a bouquet of blackcurrant, violet and raspberry.

It goes well with small game, delicate meats and cheeses. The serving temperature is 14°C.
