Vardano

Vardano is a White wine from the winery Cantine Neri.

The winery is located in Orvieto, in the province of Terni (Umbria).

It is made of Grechetto grapes.

The soil is clayish. The vine training system is guyot. The altitude of the vineyard is 300m.

The yield per hectare is 7,500 liters. The alcohol content is 13.5%.

Maceration of 12 hours. Maturation in oak barriques for 6 months.

The color is straw yellow with golden reflections. Has a bouquet of minerals, toasted hazelnuts and ripe fruit.

It goes well with fish and white meat. The serving temperature is 10°C.
