Talò Negroamaro

Talò Negroamaro is a Red wine from the winery San Marzano.

The winery is located in San Marzano di San Giuseppe, in the province of Taranto (Puglia).

It is made of Negro Amaro grapes.

The soil is clayish. The altitude of the vineyard is 100m.

Vines per hectare are 4,500.

Maceration and fermentation for 10 days. Maturation in oak barriques for 6 months.

The color is purple red with violet reflections. Has a bouquet of black currant, berries, balsamic and vanilla notes. On the palate velvety and harmonious.

It goes well with savory first courses, meats and cheeses. The serving temperature is 16°C.
